Please make sure you fill out this Senior practice form (http://www.bclacrosse.com/pdfs/SeniorPracticeForm1.pdf) as it is required to step on to the floor. You will not be allowed to participate without it.

Safety plans for both outdoor lacrosse boxes as well as the Phase 2 Guidelines that we all MUST follow have been emailed out.

*If you know of anyone else wishing to get a stick back in their hands that do not live in the JDF, Nanaimo, Oceanside or Campbell River catchments, please share this with them. If you have any questions, please contact a team representative.

Please confirm your interest in attending by emailing (tysonleies@telus.net) with your first and last name, last team you played for (including division) and phone number (parent & player). For those born in 1999 or earlier, be patient, we are close to finding you time as well for practices in groups of 10 and less.

Thank you.
